Games context is a fantasy world with different countries. The coalition countries invaded each other and just like in the real world, expressing intentions combination of fantasy and reality. Architecture in game inspired by the European countries, the Ancient civilization brings fresh air to the game, to be "international".
Characters: The main character is a member of an organization, with the main task is to destroy the sorcerer, trained at a place called "Garden". Garden like a school, feels soothing. Includes: Squall Leonhart, Rinoa, Quistis, Zell, Selphie, Irvine.
Display: 3 screen:
Status: T 2D, 3D characters, divided into several sections.
3D environment, one single character, low-resolution, 3D satellite for additional games.
Fight 3D, smaller, high resolution, showing battle scenes.
Move: PlayStation handle design, due to the limited viewing angle slightly difficult to move.
GF: (GuardianForces-guardian): Named after the mythological gods. Characters need to summon to attack, while HP summoning character of GF replaced by HP, that affect the ability character just received.
